I came for dinner by myself as I was staying in the above hotel.I had no reservation and they were able to accommodate me and others walking in for tables, as they weren't overly busy yet.The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere to it.When I ordered my pint of Swan and steak, I noticed 2 singular tables were also seated next to me. When I recieved my drink, they placed their orders.I noticed that the other 2x tables recieved their meals before me (I was waiting 30 minuets at this point) and when the waitress and I made eye contact, she came over and asked me what I ordered again. To me this is an "oops, we forgot". About 15 minuets later I then asked again if my food was arriving - I noticed the 2x other tables I mentioned earlier were nearly done their meals at this stage.Once my meal finally arrived, it was delicious and I have no complaints on the food.
